VVouchHow it works

Trust & rules

Vouch sells access to a conversation, and nothing more. These rules keep it that way for buyers, sellers and the people being introduced.

Paid intros, never paid outcomes

No listing can promise an admission, a hire, a contract or a discount. Words like “guaranteed” are blocked when a listing is created.

Double opt-in

The person being introduced always says yes before a meeting is set up. If they decline, the buyer is refunded in full.

Escrow on every deal

Payment is held by Vouch and released only after the intro happens and the buyer confirms, or after 72 hours with no dispute.

Verified sellers

Sellers get a verified badge after a Vouch admin checks who they are. Every completed deal adds to their rating.

Every listing is reviewed

Each new listing gets an automatic review. Wording that promises a result is reworded to sell the introduction, and anything that might involve an official, a payment to the contact or a decision they make is held until a person at Vouch approves it.

No public officials

Listings can't involve government officials, public servants or public institutions. Paying for access to them can be bribery, so it isn't allowed at all.

Disclosure where it matters

Job referrals need the seller to confirm their employer's referral policy. School intros are disclosed to the contact and carry no say over admissions.

Disputes

Either side can open a dispute while money is in escrow. A reviewer reads the messages and deal history, then refunds the buyer or releases to the seller.

Contacts are protected

The person being introduced is shown by role only. Their name and details are shared in deal messages after they agree to meet.
